Inspired by the philosophy of Raymond Lowey – pioneer of American Industrial Design – who reasoned that ‘You must create your own design style’; Fraser Moss and Jimmy Collins formed YMC. They established a brand that fulfilled the needs of those looking for functional and modern clothing and was not influenced by seasonal trends. This gave YMC clothing a timeless quality; and allowed men to create their own style.
